Alena Delval, Week 3, bias test

I took the test for bias in sexuality. The results were that I have no bias for straight or gay based off of the word association. The test itself was hard and doesn’t seem as accurate as I thought it would be. It uses a select amount of words and only focuses on straight or gay men/people. That in itself is limiting. I am more curious about my results if the test was more in depth rather than a speed based, color recognition game. As someone who spends significant amount of times playing games that function similar to the test, although it is a game rather than a test for bias, the test felt much more like a simple game. I do not think that any given “test” can truly measure how accurate someone’s bias is.
